Located in the heart of Orange County within Fountain Valley's Mile Square Park, David L. Baker Golf Course is a picturesque family friendly facility.
David L. Baker's par-62, 3,825-yard night-lit executive course offers beginning golfers and experienced golfers alike an exhilarating challenge amidst the gently rolling hills of Fountain Valley. Short on length but long on strategy and design, the course features six sparkling lakes, large undulating greens and well-positioned bunkers, with an abundance of majestic trees framing lush Bermuda fairways. The property also features a night-lit practice facility, with a 32-stall driving range and a short game area wit large practice greens. Jonny and his team put an emphasis on developing golf and athletic skills, all while having fun! The coaching staff looks forward to working with all junior golfers this summer!

Camp Highlights:
- Action-packed camps, which include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA of America Golf Professionals and/or LPGA Teaching Professions.
- Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).
- A fun, safe and educational environment designed with your child's well being in mind.
- Low student to instructor ratio (approximately 6:1)
Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers at the beginning of their journey and further the development of those playing at a beginner to intermediate level. Camps will cover golf fundamentals including posture, grip, putting, chipping, pitching, full swing and simple rules and etiquette. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age to create a favorable and fun learning environment. Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate.
Full Day Camps provide an opportunity for intermediate to advanced junior golfers to continue to improve their technical skills as well as develop an understanding of course management, shot selection, rules and etiquette. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their ability level and age to create a favorable learning environment. In the afternoon, campers head to the course for supervised play which allows students to apply techniques they learned on the range to the course. Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced.

Jonny Strang, PGA Associate - Camp Director
Jonny is a PGA Associate Professional from Los Angeles with 16 years of golf industry experience. Before Jonny started Strang Golf Instruction, he was the Director of Golf Instruction at The Huntington Club, where he founded the Huntington Club Golf Academy. Jonny teaches every facet of the game of golf and has worked with golfers of all experience levels, professional to beginner. Whether it is building a customized practice plan for his individual students, or creating structured and robust group programming, Jonny’s goal is for each student to learn, improve, and have fun along the way.
