Established in 1968, the course at Toftrees Golf Resort was designed by nationally renowned golf course architect, Edmund “Ed” Ault. The resort was recently rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest magazine’s “Places to Play” and named one of Pennsylvania’s Best Resort/Public Golf Courses. Whether you are a local community member or a guest at the resort, families will certainly enjoy their time. The coaching team is committed to making sure all juniors enjoy their time and want to continue playing the sport throughout adulthood.

Camp Highlights:
- Action-packed camps, which include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA of America Golf Professionals and/or LPGA Teaching Professions.
- Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).
- A fun, safe and educational environment designed with your child's well being in mind.
- Low student to instructor ratio (approximately 6:1)
Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers at the beginning of their journey and further the development of those playing at a beginner to intermediate level. Camps will cover golf fundamentals including posture, grip, putting, chipping, pitching, full swing and simple rules and etiquette. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age to create a favorable and fun learning environment. Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate.
Full Day Camps provide an opportunity for intermediate to advanced junior golfers to continue to improve their technical skills as well as develop an understanding of course management, shot selection, rules and etiquette. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their ability level and age to create a favorable learning environment. In the afternoon, campers head to the course for supervised play which allows students to apply techniques they learned on the range to the course. Lunch is included unless otherwise noted. Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced.

Steve Wager, PGA - Camp Director
Steve Wager is a two time winner of the Philadelphia PGA Player Development award (2016,19) and National Finalist in 2021. This award is given to the PGA Professional that has made an outstanding impact on growing the game of golf. Steve served as Director of Instruction at Penn State for eleven years, was the lead instructor for Penn State's Professional Golf Management Program, and Kinesiology departments. Annually Steve teaches over 400 students, his students have gone on to win District Championships, State Titles, National Jr Golf Tournaments, and NCAA Golf Tournaments.
