Located just minutes from Charlotte, Springfield Golf Club offers a picturesque and tested tract of holes that will challenge all ages and levels of golfing ability.
With a design that harkens back to the traditional schemes of the 1920s and the Golden Age of Architecture in golf, Springfield Golf Club has made a name for itself among Charlotte golf courses when it opened in 2001. Under the direction of Marc LaPointe Golf, junior golfers will receive professional instruction at one of the finest practice facilities in the Charlotte region. The Springfield Practice Facility boasts a one-acre grass tee area, oversized putting green, chipping green with bunker and a driving range. It's the perfect place for junior golfers to learn the game of a lifetime!
PGA Junior Golf Camps are also being held nearby at Fort Mill Golf Club.

While Marc teaches students at all levels of the game, he emphasizes the importance of fundamentals as a core element of his instruction. Marc's teaching honors include:

Ryan Smith, PGA Associate - Co-Camp Director
Ryan has a background in competitive golf at the elite amateur and professional level. In addition to holding numerous certifications, Ryan brings with him a knowledge and passion for developing golfers at all levels. His student list covers the gamut from the beginning golfer, weekend amateur and emerging junior to the AJGA player, U.S. Kids Champions, and Professional athletes. In 2016 and 2017 Ryan was selected as a Top 50 Teacher by U.S Kids Golf Foundation for his exemplary work and dedication in the growth and development of youth golf.
