From its opening in 1972, this Pete Dye Designed Beauty quickly became one of the top ranked courses in the country. It immediately made the Golf Digest Top 25 Best Public Courses In America, and has maintained a lofty status.
Oak Hollow's newly designed driving range and practice area is larger and better than ever. It incorporates an expanded tee area that allows for a spacious grass tee shots along with a section for Nylon Sports Turf. It's the perfect place for juniors to learn and practice new golf skills.

Camp Highlights:
- Action-packed camps include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA Professionals.
- Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).

- Low student to instructor ratio (approximately 6:1)

Jimmy Bayne, PGA - Camp Director
Jimmy has been a PGA Member since 2000 but has been teaching junior golfers for over 25 years. Jimmy joined the staff at Oak Hollow Golf Course in 1997, been a lead instructor with the First Tee of Central Carolina since 2012 and the PGA Sports Academies at Oak Hollow since 2014, and has a passion to help kids have fun while learning to play this game which lasts a lifetime.
Eddie Isley, PGA-Camp Director
Eddie has been a PGA member since 1989 and is passionate about teaching the game of golf. He has extensive experience coaching junior golfers, including serving as a lead instructor in Duke University’s Academy of Golf since 1997. Eddie was named the Southeastern Teaching Professional of the year by Spalding Sports in 1999. Inspiring young people to play golf, while learning the values of sportsmanship and other life skills, is something Coach Eddie takes great pride in.
