King's Grant, with its complete practice facilities is a great place for junior to discover a passion for the game of golf.
King’s Grant is a spectacularly designed, semi-private 18-hole golf course from the mind of Jim Holmes, who was an architect for Jack Nicklaus Design. The course boasts a topography of long undulating mounds and swells and was designed with large A1/A4 Bentgrass greens and beautiful vistas from which to strike your golf ball.

Camp Highlights:
- Action-packed camps, which include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA of America Golf Professionals and/or LPGA Teaching Professions.
- Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).
- A fun, safe and educational environment designed with your child's well being in mind.
- Low student to instructor ratio (approximately 6:1)
Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers at the beginning of their journey and further the development of those playing at a beginner to intermediate level. Camps will cover golf fundamentals including posture, grip, putting, chipping, pitching, full swing and simple rules and etiquette. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age to create a favorable and fun learning environment. Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate.
Full Day Camps provide an opportunity for intermediate to advanced junior golfers to continue to improve their technical skills as well as develop an understanding of course management, shot selection, rules and etiquette. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their ability level and age to create a favorable learning environment. In the afternoon, campers head to the course for supervised play which allows students to apply techniques they learned on the range to the course. Lunch is included unless otherwise noted. Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced.

Kevin Martin, PGA - Camp Director
Kevin (some of his players refer to him as “K-MART”) is a 2018 graduate of the PGA Golf Management program at North Carolina State University. He began his teaching career as an intern at 1757 for several months in 2016 before going back to finish school. His first full-time job as a golf instructor was in Greensboro, North Carolina working under PGA Professional Rick Murphy, a two-time Carolinas Section Teacher of the Year. There he gained valuable insights about the golf swing and player development practices.
Kevin is also Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified, possessing the knowledge to improve your golf swing based on what everyone’s body is capable of doing, and can prescribe functional movement and strength exercises ...More
