Callippe Preserve Golf Course in Pleasanton, CA
Callippe Preserve opened in Pleasanton on November 11, 2005, and is located only a short drive from San Jose or San Francisco!
Designed by Brian Costello, of JMP Golf Design Group, "Callippe Preserve was designed to cater to the wide spectrum of players anticipated to frequent the facility", says Costello. There are five sets of tees on this par 72, with the black tees playing at 6,748. The blue tees measure at 6,409, then the white tees at 6,024 yards, the gold tees at 5,560, and the red at 4,788 yards. The facility also features a 30+ stall driving range (both grass and mat), a chipping green, practice bunker and putting green!

A.J. Hebert, PGA - Camp Director
Following his collegiate years, A.J. worked as the Assistant Professional at Callippe Preserve Golf Course until he decided it was time to play golf professionally. During his competitive career, he played in numerous mini tour events, PGA & Korn Ferry Monday Qualifiers, and was able to learn from some of his childhood idols like Mike Weir, Butch Harmon, and various other current and past PGA tour players. Four years, hundreds of golf tournaments, and thousands of miles traveled later, he decided to go back to teaching and coaching at Callippe Preserve.

John Stuhr, PGA - Assistant Camp Director
With over forty years of playing experience and years working in the golf industry, John’s passions are helping others improve their game and to continue to learn more about the sport. In his teaching, he focuses on the fundamentals from set up to grip as well as getting the club on plane throughout the golf swing.
He was raised in Pleasanton, CA and has been playing competitive golf since he was eight years old. He was ranked one of the top junior golfers in Northern California as a youngster and is currently a Titleist Team member and a Certified Titleist Performance Institute Golf Instructor & Certified KBS Shaft Fitter.
