3's Greenville Golf & Grubhouse is a new concept poised to take the Upstate and the golfing world by storm!
Formerly known as CrossWinds Par 3, 3's Greenville Golf & Grubhouse is a great place for young golfers to learn the game of a lifetime. 3's brand new layout was designed to provide 12 unique and challenging holes by some of the world's leading golf course architects. There's nothing else like the 12-Hole Humps & Bumps Putting Course found exclusively at 3's Greenville. The renovation at 3's Greenville also includes a new 6.5 acre short game practice area with 6 target greens. The greens feature a variety of putting surfaces with different grass species to give young golfers the experience of playing on various surfaces. It's the perfect place for juniors to learn and hone new golf skills!

Camp Highlights:
- Action-packed camps, which include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA of America Golf Professionals and/or LPGA Teaching Professions.
- Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).
- A fun, safe and educational environment designed with your child's well being in mind.
- Low student to instructor ratio (approximately 6:1)
Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers at the beginning of their journey and further the development of those playing at a beginner to intermediate level. Camps will cover golf fundamentals including posture, grip, putting, chipping, pitching, full swing and simple rules and etiquette. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age to create a favorable and fun learning environment. Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate.

Eoin Cass, Co-Camp Director
Eoin has been the Director of Golf at 3's Greenville since early 2023! Prior to that position, he was involved in private teaching at various clubs throughout the east coast for over a decade. The experience at 3's combines three of his favorite things: spending time with the people you love, fantastic food, and a fun golf course in excellent condition. Their goal is to provide the warmest welcome and highest level of hospitality to every guest that comes to visit them. He strongly believes that juniors of all ages and abilities will have a blast attending camp at 3's Greenville this summer!
Isaac Childrey, Co-Camp Director
Isaac has been part of the 3's team since its beginning in 2020, and he's excited to be back as one of our golf instructors. Before stepping into this role, he played four years of collegiate golf at Bob Jones University, where he developed both his competitive skills and his passion for teaching the game.
Over the years, Isaac has worked with golfers of all ages and skill levels through a variety of junior programs, including PGA Camps, Bob Jones University Golf Camps, First Tee camps, and the Payne Stewart Golf Camp. He also offers one-on-one instruction at 3's, helping players build confidence and improve their game in a fun, supportive environment.

Corey Flynn, PGA Assoc. - Camp Co-Director
Corey recently joined the 3's staff as a Golf Professional in 2025. Prior to 3's he spent the past several years working as a golf professional in Florida, where he developed a passion for teaching and helping players of all ages improve. He believes golf is about more than just developing skills. It’s an opportunity to build relationships and a lifelong love for the game. His goal is to create a fun, positive, and encouraging environment where every camper can grow, enjoy the game, and leave with lasting memories. He is excited to share his passion for golf and help campers of all ages and abilities have a fantastic experience this summer.
