Situated on more than a mile of beautiful beaches, Half Moon Bay Golf Links features 36 holes of stunning, oceanside golf. Designed by some of the biggest names in golf (Arnold Palmer, Francis Duane and Arthur Hills), Half Moon Bay Golf Links has something for everyone. Home to some of the most scenic golf views in the country, players will find both courses to be well manicured and challenging. Juniors can learn and refine their game with individualized golf instruction provided at the breathtaking ocean-view short game practice facility or by joining a specific program (like a PGA Camp)! The staff at Half Moon Bay aim to make golf fun for juniors and inspire a lifelong love of the game!

Camp Highlights:
- Action-packed camps, which include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA of America Golf Professionals and/or LPGA Teaching Professions.
- Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).
- A fun, safe and educational environment designed with your child's well being in mind.
- Low student to instructor ratio (approximately 6:1)
Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers at the beginning of their journey and further the development of those playing at a beginner to intermediate level. Camps will cover golf fundamentals including posture, grip, putting, chipping, pitching, full swing and simple rules and etiquette. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age to create a favorable and fun learning environment. Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate.

Darren Wall, PGA - Camp Director
A native of Gilroy, Darren has had a lifelong passion for the game of golf. In addition to his accomplishments on the course, he is highly skilled at teaching all facets of the game to players of all levels. Darren has been at Half Moon Bay for more than a decade and currently serves as the Head Golf Professional at the facility.
His deep knowledge of the game, combined with an unmatched familiarity with both golf courses, allows him to provide a truly exceptional experience for every golfer he works with. Darren is always happy to share his enthusiasm for the game and help players grow both on and off the course.
Colton Doak, PGA Associate - Instructor
Colton grew up in Mendocino County. After graduating from high school, he discovered his passion for golf and went on to attend the Professional Golfers Career College, where he earned a degree in Professional Golf Management. Through his education and training, Colton learned effective methods for teaching beginner, intermediate, and advanced golfers, emphasizing strong fundamentals and swing-specific drills. He is an enthusiastic instructor who is thorough and attentive in every lesson.
