Description
- Action-packed camps include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA Professionals.
- Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).

Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers and further the development of those playing at a beginner to intermediate level. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age in order to create a favorable learning environment. For three hours each day, campers learn and hone their skills with a strong emphasis placed on golf’s fundamentals while having fun!

Jason Basile, PGA - Camp Director
Jason is the Director of Instruction at Heron Lakes Golf Club and has over 25 years of experience at Heron Lakes along with 15 years of teaching. Jason is extremely proud of the relationships he has forged over the years. Originally from New York, Jason was introduced the game at very young age by his father and grandfather. He has competed and won as both a high-level amateur and a professional and knows what it takes to help golfers take their game to the next level. Nestled between the Willamette River and the Columbia Slough, this expansive 340‑acre facility features 36 holes of championship golf spread across two distinctive 18‑hole courses designed by acclaimed architect Robert Trent Jones II. The Great Blue Course was rated 4 Stars by Golf Digest's 'Best Places to Play' for 2008/2009. Heron Lakes was also Reader's Choice Top 50 Public Golf courses by GolfWorld Magazine.
