Description
- Action-packed camps include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA Professionals.
- Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).

Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers and further the development of those playing at a beginner to intermediate level. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age in order to create a favorable learning environment. For three hours each day, campers learn and hone their skills with a strong emphasis placed on golf’s fundamentals while having fun!
Instructor
Clint Avara, PGA-Camp Director
Clint has been a PGA Member since 2010, with over 15 years of teaching experience for all skill levels. He was a competitor in the 2011, 2013, and 2014 PGA Professionals National Championship. When asked about his teaching philosophy, Clint said: "I believe in teaching my students the basic fundamentals of the golf swing. Every player is different and making a personal connection to your golf swing ensures comfort and confidence in your game. My goal is for players to take what they learn in our lessons and transfer it to the golf course.”
The Courses at Watters Creek
Juniors will enjoy playing at The Courses at Watters Creek's championship golf course, one of the top courses in Plano. Watters Creek offers one of the finest practice facilities in the region, including a short game area to practice chipping, pitching and bunker shorts along with two putting greens. One feature of the practice facility is a 6 hole course, known as The Futures Course. All six holes are between 40 and 120 yards in length, with multiple tees on each. Junior golfers are sure to see results - all while having a great time!
