Description

Action-packed camps include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA Professionals.
Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).
A fun, safe and educational environment designed with your child's well being in mind.
Low student to instructor ratio (approximately 6:1)

Full Day Camps provide an opportunity for intermediate to advanced junior golfers to continue to improve their skills as well as develop better course management expertise. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their ability level and age in order to create a favorable learning environment. Following lunch, campers head to the course for supervised play emphasizing course management, shot selection and rules.

Instructor

Kevin Holler, PGA - Camp Director

Kevin is the PGA Head Golf Professional at The Legacy Golf Club and was elected to Class A status with the PGA in June of 1989. Kevin has been a Head Golf Professional for the past twenty years and has a passion for working with students of any age and skill level to become better golfers. During his career, he served on the Kentucky Section PGA as a District Director and has won several Section awards. His awards include the Bill Strausbaugh Award for mentoring PGA Professional apprentices and the President's Plaque for player development and growth of the game. Kevin's uses a personalized approach in his teaching philosophy. He focuses on each child's strengths and builds ...More on them to improve their game. Seeing the growth in each young golfer's game is the reward for Kevin.

The Legacy Golf Course

Designed by PGA Hall of Fame player Raymond Floyd, the 18-hole course will provide a fun and challenging experience for the junior golfer. The facility boasts a full range practice facility with driving range, grass tees and target areas. Under the direction of highly skilled PGA teaching professionals, junior golfers will learn the fundamentals of the game in a challenging, yet nurturing environment. Most importantly, they will have fun and learn to love the game which has been called the 'sport of a lifetime.

Cancelation Policy

If your child is unable to attend the program after registering, you can apply the registration fee to a future PGA Camps program in the current or following year by calling 1-888-PGA-PLAY (742-7529). Refunds will only be given if you have registered through PGA Camps and purchased Refund Protection. If you registered through another organization, please contact the organization directly about their refund policy. PGA Camps does not pro-rate programs for missed camp days.

Pending Assessment

Your registration can not be processed until your child completes a skill assessment or the provider waives the skill assessment. Please contact as soon as possible to resolve this prerequisite. We will reserve your spot for five days. If the skill assessment has not been completed or waived within five days from your order, your reserved activity or camp selection will be automatically canceled.

Pending Approval

You have selected a program that has limited availability. We must confirm availability with the provider before completing your selection. This process will be completed within 48 hours. During the 48 hour period you will have a reserved spot in your selected listings (1st choice and 2nd choice). If your 1st choice is not available, the registration process will automatically proceed with your 2nd choice.

Your registration is pending payment. Payment will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive a receipt by email.

Discount must be approved by provider. If provider does not approve discount, selection will be processed without the discount.

The maximum Possible Purchase Price assumes that you are registered for the listings (whether 1st or 2nd choice) with the greatest purchase price.

Brandon's Goal

Creates awareness and raises money to support the institutions, doctors and organizations that are working to seek better treatments for childhood cancer and to find a cure.

Refund Protection

For $10.00 per program, due at the time of registration, Refund Protection entitles you to a full refund of your registration if you cancel for any reason at least 2 weeks before the program start date.
