Description

Action-packed camps include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA Professionals.
Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).
A fun, safe and educational environment designed with your child's well being in mind.
Low student to instructor ratio (approximately 6:1)

Full Day Camps provide an opportunity for intermediate to advanced junior golfers to continue to improve their skills as well as develop better course management expertise. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their ability level and age in order to create a favorable learning environment for all.

Instructor

Nick Wiseman, PGA - Camp Director

Nick has been a leading golf instructor on Cape Cod for many years. He began playing golf at the age of ten and quickly grew to love the sport and all it offers. After more than ten years working as a caddy at the Ridge Club in Sandwich, four years playing in high school at Tabor Academy, and two years playing collegiately at Hartwick College, he realized he wanted to turn his passion into a career.
That led him to work for Club Med, an international resort corporation that specializes in sporting activities in remote locations around the world. Nick had the opportunity to teach golf in Morocco, Australia, Japan, Indonesia, Turks and Caicos, France, and the United States.
In ...More 2010, Nick moved to Orlando, Florida, to follow through with his apprenticeship with the PGA of America, working at the prestigious Grand Cypress Golf Club and Academy of Golf where he spent three years learning from many of the game’s greatest teachers and players.
When he returned to Cape Cod, Nick worked for two years in the private sector at Cape Cod National and Oyster Harbors before finally settling in on teaching again full-time with the First Tee program. After bringing the PGA brand back to Twin Brooks Golf Course in Hyannis, Nick joined Jane Frost and her team in 2018. He was named the 2024 Teacher of the Year for the Cape Cod Chapter of the PGA.
His teaching style is based on two main principles, physics, and biomechanics. Everyone’s body is different and thus every swing is different. The key is to understand what our bodies want to do to be able to maximize our efficiencies and forces.

Blue Rock Golf Course

Blue Rock Golf Course is a Cape Cod golf course for all abilities. It challenges the veteran golfer to use every club in the bag, and is perfect for the new golfer to feel comfortable and learn the game. The golf course is meticulously maintained, and has been featured in many of golf’s leading magazines and digests. Located in a wooded setting among residential neighborhoods, Blue Rock Golf Course measures 3,000 yards in length from the professional tees and features four picturesque and challenging water holes. The facility offers a driving range, as well as two putting and a chipping greens so juniors have the ability to work on all aspects of the game. <br><br> Blue Rock Golf Course is also home to the Blue Rock Golf Academy. Whether juniors are new to golf or looking to improve their game, all are welcome to join one of their many program offerings. The expert staff prioritize having fun, while learning the fundamentals of golf and growing a love for the game. The team at Blue Rock is looking forward to working with all junior golfers this summer!

Cancelation Policy

If your child is unable to attend the program after registering, you can apply the registration fee to a future PGA Camps program in the current or following year by calling 1-888-PGA-PLAY (742-7529). Refunds will only be given if you have registered through PGA Camps and purchased Refund Protection. If you registered through another organization, please contact the organization directly about their refund policy. PGA Camps does not pro-rate programs for missed camp days.

Pending Assessment

Your registration can not be processed until your child completes a skill assessment or the provider waives the skill assessment. Please contact as soon as possible to resolve this prerequisite. We will reserve your spot for five days. If the skill assessment has not been completed or waived within five days from your order, your reserved activity or camp selection will be automatically canceled.

Pending Approval

You have selected a program that has limited availability. We must confirm availability with the provider before completing your selection. This process will be completed within 48 hours. During the 48 hour period you will have a reserved spot in your selected listings (1st choice and 2nd choice). If your 1st choice is not available, the registration process will automatically proceed with your 2nd choice.

Pending Payment

Your registration is pending payment. Payment will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive a receipt by email.

Pending Membership Status

Discount must be approved by provider. If provider does not approve discount, selection will be processed without the discount.

Maximum Possible Purchase Price

Because you have selected a program with limited availability, or one that requires a skill assessment, an actual total cannot be calculated at this time. The maximum Possible Purchase Price assumes that you are registered for the listings (whether 1st or 2nd choice) with the greatest purchase price.

Brandon's Goal

Creates awareness and raises money to support the institutions, doctors and organizations that are working to seek better treatments for childhood cancer and to find a cure.

Refund Protection

For $10.00 per program, due at the time of registration, Refund Protection entitles you to a full refund of your registration if you cancel for any reason at least 2 weeks before the program start date.
