Instructor
Brian Glosser
Brian Glosser, PGA - Camp Director
Growing up in Northern California, Brian Glosser has been immersed in the game of golf his entire life. He spent countless summers playing and attending junior golf camps at Orinda Country Club, where his grandparents were longtime members throughout much of his childhood. These early experiences laid the foundation for a lifelong passion for the game.
After college, Brian began competing in amateur tournaments with notable success. It was during this time that he realized his desire to pursue a career as a PGA Golf Professional, dedicating his life to golf instruction and golf operations. His professional development includes working under highly respected instructors Mike Bender and Keith Lyford—both nationally recognized “Top 100 Teachers.” Learning from these elite professionals ...More, while incorporating his own creativity and philosophy, has helped Brian establish himself as one of Northern California’s top PGA Teaching Professionals.
Brian remains an active competitive player and continues to compete in professional tournaments through the Northern California PGA (NCPGA). He strongly believes that an instructor must be able to proficiently execute what they teach, and his commitment to competitive golf ensures his skills remain sharp for both personal and professional purposes. His playing accomplishments include making the NCPGA Cup Team in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018; qualifying for and competing in the 2016 PGA Professional Championship at Turning Stone Resort in Verona, New York; and winning the 2017 Senior–Junior Match Play Championship.
Brian continues to actively teach and compete, with a true passion for helping players of all levels improve and enjoy the game. His dedication to instruction, player development, and the overall golf experience is what continues to define his career.

The Golf Club at Copper Valley
The Golf Club at Copper Valley offers an enjoyable round, providing golfers of all abilities with an atmosphere of seclusion and serenity. Rolling through the foothills, the 18-Hole championship course was designed by Carter Morrish and opened in 1996. This scenic and challenging course features both gentle and dramatic changes in elevation. Breathtaking views are just part of the experience, including dramatic views of the Sierras, Yosemite and a plentiful variety of wildlife. The practice facilities are a spectacular and unique setup, complete with a short game area, large putting green, and an expanded target driving range framed by a target fairway and natural grasses that simulate the look and feel of the course. Juniors are sure to not only enjoy the facilities at the golf course, but will certainly have a great time with the coaching staff as well. The team at The Golf Club at Copper Valley puts an emphasis on developing golf and athletic skills, all while having fun! They look forward to working with all junior golfers this summer!
