Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers and further the development of those playing at a beginner to intermediate level. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age in order to create a favorable learning environment. For three hours each day, campers learn and hone their skills with a strong emphasis placed on golf’s fundamentals while having fun!

Jeff Henry, PGA - Camp Director
With over three decades of experience as a PGA professional, Jeff has coached golfers of every level—from beginners to competitive players—always with one focus: the individual. As Director of Instruction at the Country Club of Lincoln and Founder of Trajectory Golf, he specializes in delivering personalized, results-driven coaching that adapts to each golfer’s goals, swing, and learning style. Rather than relying on a single method, Jeff believes in meeting players where they are and guiding them to measurable improvement through tailored instruction, honest feedback, and a long-term mindset. His approach is built on trust, technical clarity, and a genuine passion for helping others enjoy the game.

Mahoney Golf Course
Designed by Floyd Farley and opened in 1976, the course has become a staple for competitive play, hosting prestigious events like the Nebraska Open and State Golf Championships. Recognized by the Omaha World-Herald as a “Hall of Fame Hole” for its iconic 8th hole, Mahoney is known for its excellent design and its ability to provide a challenging yet enjoyable round for all who play.
Mahoney Golf Course features a spacious 260-yard, 25-station driving range, offering young golfers plenty of room to work on their swing. The range includes a fairway bunker for practicing bunker shots, along with a variety of targets to aim for across the area. In addition, there is a practice green with five to six holes, perfect for juniors to work on their chipping, putting, or pitching skills. The coaching staff is looking forward to helping junior golfers grow their love for the game and learn new skills in a fun and engaging environment!
