Description

Action-packed camps include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA Professionals.
Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).
A fun, safe and educational environment designed with your child's well being in mind.
Low student to instructor ratio (approximately 6:1)

Full Day Camps provide an opportunity for intermediate to advanced junior golfers to continue to improve their skills as well as develop better course management expertise. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their ability level and age in order to create a favorable learning environment for all.

Instructor

Adam Morrison, PGA - Camp Director

Adam Morrison became a Class A PGA Professional in 2015. His passion does not stop with just the game itself, but in teaching and watching his students grow to love and respect the game of golf, at all skill levels. Adam was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN and learned to play the game through their local First Tee chapter. His golf career began at Old Waverly Golf Club (Golf Digest top 100 golf club) in West Point, Mississippi, where he worked for 2 seasons, while attending school at Mississippi State University. From Old Waverly, he accepted the position of First Assistant Golf Professional at Seven Oaks Country Club in Beaver, PA, prompting his move to Pittsburgh, PA. He remained ...More there for two seasons before accepting his current position at Diamond Run Golf Club.

At its heart is an 18‑hole championship golf course designed by World Golf Hall of Famer Gary Player, crafted to blend seamlessly with the rolling Western Pennsylvania landscape and provide a rewarding challenge for golfers of all skill levels. The course features wide, lush fairways, strategically placed bunkers and water hazards, and multiple tee placements that allow players to tailor their experience while enjoying the beauty of the region’s natural terrain. The expansive driving range is perfect for juniors to practice full swings, coupled alongside a chipping/pitching area for those shorter shots. At Diamond Run Golf Club, juniors have the ideal environment to hone their skills and develop their love for the game.

Cancelation Policy

If your child is unable to attend the program after registering, you can apply the registration fee to a future PGA Camps program in the current or following year by calling 1-888-PGA-PLAY (742-7529). Refunds will only be given if you have registered through PGA Camps and purchased Refund Protection. If you registered through another organization, please contact the organization directly about their refund policy. PGA Camps does not pro-rate programs for missed camp days.

Pending Assessment

Your registration can not be processed until your child completes a skill assessment or the provider waives the skill assessment. Please contact as soon as possible to resolve this prerequisite. We will reserve your spot for five days. If the skill assessment has not been completed or waived within five days from your order, your reserved activity or camp selection will be automatically canceled.

Pending Approval

You have selected a program that has limited availability. We must confirm availability with the provider before completing your selection. This process will be completed within 48 hours. During the 48 hour period you will have a reserved spot in your selected listings (1st choice and 2nd choice). If your 1st choice is not available, the registration process will automatically proceed with your 2nd choice.

Pending Payment

Your registration is pending payment. Payment will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive a receipt by email.

Pending Membership Status

Discount must be approved by provider. If provider does not approve discount, selection will be processed without the discount.

Maximum Possible Purchase Price

Because you have selected a program with limited availability, or one that requires a skill assessment, an actual total cannot be calculated at this time. The maximum Possible Purchase Price assumes that you are registered for the listings (whether 1st or 2nd choice) with the greatest purchase price.

You will receive one or more receipts which reflect the actual total for all charges. You will receive this within 48 hours unless one of your activities or camps is still pending a skill assessment.

Scholarships

Scholarships for kids who are financially unable to attend sports programs. Your donation is greatly appreciated, but is not tax deductible.

Annual Membership Fees

An additional fee for those programs that meet annual membership fee criteria.

Brandon's Goal

Creates awareness and raises money to support the institutions, doctors and organizations that are working to seek better treatments for childhood cancer and to find a cure.

Refund Protection

For $10.00 per program, due at the time of registration, Refund Protection entitles you to a full refund of your registration if you cancel for any reason at least 2 weeks before the program start date.
