- Action-packed camps include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA Professionals.

Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers and further the development of those playing at a beginner to intermediate level. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age in order to create a favorable learning environment. For three hours each day, campers learn and hone their skills with a strong emphasis placed on golf’s fundamentals while having fun!

David Krueger, Camp Co-Director
David is from Mundelein, Illinois and played collegiate golf at the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky. David's journey in golf began in Houston, Texas at Sweetwater Country Club where he began as Assistant Golf Professional then to the position as Head Golf Professional in 2019. In 2024, David took the Head Golf Professional position at Covered Bridge Golf Club. David has had the chance to learn from many top instructors, where he discovered his passion for teaching. This allowed him to get many different perspectives on the golf swing which helped shape his teaching philosophy. David states that: “My philosophy for golf is pretty simple. Covered Bridge Golf Club
This premier golf destination in Southern Indiana is found at the foot of the scenic Floyds Knobs just north of Louisville. Each hole on the course has been laid out to emphasize the natural beauty of the landscape and panorama. The par 72 circuit features five lakes, a meandering creek and is pleasantly forested. Greens are gently contoured and trap placement is challenging but not punishing. Each hole offers a choice of four separate tees matching the course to the ability level of any player. Covered Bridge features one of the area’s top practice facilities, including a driving range, expansive chipping and putting greens to help you warm up or improve your game.The team at Covered Bridge is looking forward to helping junior golfers learn new skills, and have fun this summer!
