Description

Action-packed camps include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA Professionals.
Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).
A fun, safe and educational environment designed with your child's well being in mind.
Low student to instructor ratio (approximately 6:1)

Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers and further the development of those playing at a beginner to intermediate level. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age in order to create a favorable learning environment. For three hours each day, campers learn and hone their skills with a strong emphasis placed on golf’s fundamentals while having fun!

Instructor

Kim Stevens, LPGA - Camp Director

Kim learned to play golf at age 4 and started developing her teaching skills as a swim instructor through high school and college. After establishing a long career in the hi-tech industry she decided to go back into instruction and has been teaching golf since 2001. For 10 years she was with American Golf as Director of Instruction for both Summitpointe and Monarch Bay Golf Clubs. She developed and directed Corporate Instruction Programs and Team Building events. Kim started the Silicon Valley Golf Performance Center (SVGOLFPC) in January 2012.
Kim is a proud member of the LPGA, is a Class “A” Teaching Professional and a graduate of Titleist Performance Institute Seminars (www.mytpi.com). She enjoys helping people realize their ...More full potential as a golfer by identifying their body’s needs for strength and flexibility that could be limiting their swing and game. For Kim, this has made golf instruction not only more exciting, but more meaningful by helping each individual become physically stronger on and off the course!
Kim enjoys all levels of instruction from helping good players become great to helping new golfers by “de-mystifying” the game and making it more enjoyable.

Silicon Valley Golf Performance Center at San Ramon Golf Club

Equally challenging and fun to play, San Ramon Golf Club rewards skilled golfers and those less skilled alike. They are known for their exceptional greens, always meticulously manicured and smooth-rolling; and their island green on the 9th hole! Please Note: Full and Half Day Camps at San Ramon are for ALL skill levels (beginner to advanced). Lunch is not included for Full Day Camps, however, juniors will have the opportunity to purchase lunch daily through the facility restaurant.

Cancelation Policy

If your child is unable to attend the program after registering, you can apply the registration fee to a future PGA Camps program in the current or following year by calling 1-888-PGA-PLAY (742-7529). Refunds will only be given if you have registered through PGA Camps and purchased Refund Protection. If you registered through another organization, please contact the organization directly about their refund policy. PGA Camps does not pro-rate programs for missed camp days.

Pending Assessment

Your registration can not be processed until your child completes a skill assessment or the provider waives the skill assessment. Please contact as soon as possible to resolve this prerequisite. We will reserve your spot for five days. If the skill assessment has not been completed or waived within five days from your order, your reserved activity or camp selection will be automatically canceled.

Pending Approval

You have selected a program that has limited availability. We must confirm availability with the provider before completing your selection. This process will be completed within 48 hours. During the 48 hour period you will have a reserved spot in your selected listings (1st choice and 2nd choice). If your 1st choice is not available, the registration process will automatically proceed with your 2nd choice.

Pending Payment

Your registration is pending payment. Payment will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive a receipt by email.

Pending Membership Status

Discount must be approved by provider. If provider does not approve discount, selection will be processed without the discount.

Maximum Possible Purchase Price

Because you have selected a program with limited availability, or one that requires a skill assessment, an actual total cannot be calculated at this time. The maximum Possible Purchase Price assumes that you are registered for the listings (whether 1st or 2nd choice) with the greatest purchase price.

You will receive one or more receipts which reflect the actual total for all charges. You will receive this within 48 hours unless one of your activities or camps is still pending a skill assessment.

Brandon's Goal

Creates awareness and raises money to support the institutions, doctors and organizations that are working to seek better treatments for childhood cancer and to find a cure.

Refund Protection

For $10.00 per program, due at the time of registration, Refund Protection entitles you to a full refund of your registration if you cancel for any reason at least 2 weeks before the program start date.
