Ben Mackey, PGA - Camp Director

Ben is the General Manager and resident PGA professional at ZSTRICT. In addition to opening and running Golfzon’s flagship simulator facility, Ben has also worked at a multitude of green grass facilities. Most recently as Director of Golf for Middlesex county with Indigo Golf Partners. He was also the Head Golf Professional at The Golf Club at Oxford Greens in Oxford CT. Ben is a graduate of Ferris State University as a PGA Professional with a business degree. Ben will bring a unique skillset to the Leadbetter Academy and provide a wealth of knowledge in the golf swing and simulator technology. Ben believes that there is not a “One size fits all” method for the golf swing, and each ...More player is unique. The goal is to identify what works well for the particular student, and build upon that foundation creating a fundamentally sound swing. From highly skilled, to novice golfers, Ben can help to take your swing to the next level.

Golfzon Social - Stamford

The indoor golf experience at Golfzon Social is a new, fun and digital way for juniors to develop a passion for the game. Golfzon technology is second to none and there is absolutely nothing like hitting on a Golfzon simulator. Three distinct playing surfaces (fairway, rough, and bunker) provide for an unparalleled realistic feel, just like playing on green grass. Campers will be able to track ball flight and other key data points. Under the direction of a PGA professional, campers will learn the fundamentals of the game including full swing, chipping, putting, and rules and etiquette in an engaging, high tech Golfzon simulator environment. This unique camp includes game-based activities and drills, plus on course play at some of the top courses in the world...rain or shine! Cancelation Policy

If your child is unable to attend the program after registering, you can apply the registration fee to a future PGA Camps program in the current or following year by calling 1-888-PGA-PLAY (742-7529). Refunds will only be given if you have registered through PGA Camps and purchased Refund Protection. If you registered through another organization, please contact the organization directly about their refund policy. PGA Camps does not pro-rate programs for missed camp days.

Pending Assessment

Your registration can not be processed until your child completes a skill assessment or the provider waives the skill assessment. Please contact as soon as possible to resolve this prerequisite. We will reserve your spot for five days. If the skill assessment has not been completed or waived within five days from your order, your reserved activity or camp selection will be automatically canceled.

Pending Approval

You have selected a program that has limited availability. We must confirm availability with the provider before completing your selection. This process will be completed within 48 hours. During the 48 hour period you will have a reserved spot in your selected listings (1st choice and 2nd choice). If your 1st choice is not available, the registration process will automatically proceed with your 2nd choice.

Your registration is pending payment. Payment will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive a receipt by email.

Pending Membership Status

Discount must be approved by provider. If provider does not approve discount, selection will be processed without the discount.

Maximum Possible Purchase Price

Because you have selected a program with limited availability, or one that requires a skill assessment, an actual total cannot be calculated at this time. The maximum Possible Purchase Price assumes that you are registered for the listings (whether 1st or 2nd choice) with the greatest purchase price.

Brandon's Goal

Creates awareness and raises money to support the institutions, doctors and organizations that are working to seek better treatments for childhood cancer and to find a cure.

Refund Protection

For $10.00 per program, due at the time of registration, Refund Protection entitles you to a full refund of your registration if you cancel for any reason at least 2 weeks before the program start date.
