This isn't just any Golf Camp, it's the PGA Junior Golf Camp. Learn why the PGA instruction is best in class.
Designed by PGA member Lee Singletary, the course offers an outstanding golf experience on a beautiful rolling site of meadows, streams, ponds and mature hardwood trees.
Learning golf will be easy and fun with the two large practice tees that bookend the large practice area, combined with a 12,000 sq. ft. putting green and 9,000 sq. ft. chipping green. Woodbridge also boasts ‘”The Greens at Woodbridge,” an all-natural grass putting course opened in 2013. This unique area has 9 holes of Bermuda 419 grass set up with bridges, water, rough and other fun obstacles and will be sure to provide a fun and challenging environment for junior golfers to test their new putting skills.
We have camps for all age groups and abilities, and our best-in-class PGA instruction ensures your child learns from the best.
Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers and further the development of those playing at an intermediate level. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age in order to create a favorable learning environment. For three hours each day, campers learn and hone their skills with a strong emphasis placed on golf’s fundamentals while having fun!
Full Day Camps provide an opportunity for junior golfers to continue to improve their skills as well as develop better course management expertise. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their ability level and age in order to create a favorable learning environment. Following lunch, campers head to the course for supervised play emphasizing course management, shot selection and rules.
To be the best, you must learn from the best. That’s why every junior golf camp instructor has been trained and tested in all aspects of the game by the PGA of America. Our promise–is to support, encourage, and respect each and every one of our campers and authentically inspire them to reach their full potential, both on and off the golf course.
Junior golfers of all skill levels will improve their game under the instruction of Eric Askier, the PGA Head Golf Professional at Woodbridge Golf Club. With over 23 years of teaching experience, Eric believes in teaching the fundamentals of golf, in a way that is fun and engaging for the young golfer. As a college player and a tour player in the Golden State Tour in California, Eric is a passionate golfer who believes the future of the sport lies in its youngest players.
Joining Eric as his co-director is Vince Jewell who has over 10,000 hours of golf instruction and is an 18-year member of the PGA of America. If your young golfer is new to the sport or working to hone skills and improve for the future, the program at Woodbridge is a perfect fit.
