TPC Summerlin in Las Vegas, NV
Named by Golf Digest magazine as “One of America’s Best Golf Courses” and by Nevada Business Magazine as the “#1 Private Golf Course in Nevada” (2006), TPC Summerlin and its championship layout is home to the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open the home of Tiger Woods’ first Professional victory.
TPC Summerlin’s PGA TOUR layout was carved from a magnificent swath of rugged desert terrain by renowned golf course architect Bobby Weed, with Fuzzy Zoeller serving as Player Consultant. The course meanders through arroyos and canyons, with lush bentgrass greens, striking flora, numerous water features and an abundance of honey mesquite and pine trees contrasting dramatically with undisturbed desert washes and other raw landscape features – creating one of the most visually stunning tests of golf in Nevada. Juniors can learn and hone their skills at TPC Summerlin’s 12 acre PGA TOUR quality practice facility. The ideal setting for learning and perfecting every aspect of the game the practice facility features: all-grass practice tee area and landing area, two wedge-play areas, and a 10,000 square foot practice green with variable undulations. While challenging enough for the best players in the world during and , multiple tees on each hole enable golfers of all ages and abilities to enjoy this exceptional layout.
