Antelope Valley Country Club is the perfect place for juniors to discover their passion for golf as it is considered to have the best practice facility in the entire Antelope Valley.
With plenty of room, there is fun for all. Campers at Antelope Valley Country Club will be able to take advantage of the extensive practice facilities for both long and short shots. Antelope Valley Country Club has a full size putting green, consisting of as many as 18 holes. Campers will also be able to practice their sand game, with two practice bunkers to choose from. The extensive driving range includes 20 grass hitting areas, perfect for juniors to hone their golf skills.

- Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).

- Low student to instructor ratio (approximately 6:1)
Full Day Camps provide an opportunity for intermediate to advanced junior golfers to continue to improve their technical skills as well as develop an understanding of course management, shot selection, rules and etiquette. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their ability level and age to create a favorable learning environment. In the afternoon, campers head to the course for supervised play which allows students to apply techniques they learned on the range to the course. Lunch is included unless otherwise noted. Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced.

Dean Tonneslan, PGA - Camp Director
Dean started in the golf industry in 2009 at La Jolla Country Club and completed the PGA Apprentice program while working at the club. He has been a PGA Class A member since 2018. Prior to becoming the Director of Golf at Antelope Valley Country Club, Dean worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at La Jolla Country Club and served as the First Assistant Golf Professional at Antelope Valley and TPC Stonebrae. He is an accomplished player and qualified for and competed in the PGA National Club Professional Championship at the Philadelphia Cricket Club in 2015. With his professional and competitive experience, he has a library of knowledge to share with campers.
