Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers and further the development of those playing at a beginner to intermediate level. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age in order to create a favorable learning environment. For three hours each day, campers learn and hone their skills with a strong emphasis placed on golf’s fundamentals while having fun!

Gene Bakkum, PGA - Camp Director
Gene is a Class 'A' PGA Professional who has been on the coaching staff for the UC Berkeley Men's Golf team since 2002. In 2004 he helped lead the Golden Bears to their first NCAA National Championship in school history. More recently, he's helped players on the Cal Men's Golf Team (currently #1 ranked team in the country) win back-to-back Pac-12 team titles, back-to-back Regional team titles, back-to-back semifinalists at the NCAA Championship, and an NCAA record 12 wins in 2012-13.
