Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers and further the development of those playing at a beginner to intermediate level. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age in order to create a favorable learning environment. For three hours each day, campers learn and hone their skills with a strong emphasis placed on golf’s fundamentals while having fun!

Riley Michaelis, PGA Assoc. - Camp Co-Director
Riley Michaelis has been teaching and coaching for 6 years. After graduating from the Golf Academy of America in San Diego in 2015, Riley was immediately hired by the popular destination golf school “Golf Made Simple.” Riley rapidly worked his way up to lead coach, honing his skills, teaching thousands of hours of lessons to golfers of all levels and ages. In his last 2 years with the company, Riley became the Lead Instructor Trainer, developing over 10 instructors with the Golf Made Simple philosophy.

Encino/Balboa Golf Courses make up the Sepulveda Golf Complex. Juniors will find this is the perfect place to learn and improve. The extensive practice facilities which include a driving range, pitching and chipping areas and putting green provide a great opportunity to learn new skills. The course with 4 sets of tees can challenge experienced players and accommodate those new to the game.
