- Action-packed camps include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA Professionals.
- Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).

- Low student to instructor ratio (approximately 6:1)
Full Day Camps provide an opportunity for intermediate to advanced junior golfers to continue to improve their skills as well as develop better course management expertise. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their ability level and age in order to create a favorable learning environment. Following lunch, campers head to the course for supervised play emphasizing course management, shot selection and rules.

J.R. Ross, PGA - Camp Director
J.R. Ross turned professional in 1984 after playing 2 years of college golf. He has been a PGA
member for 31 years. J.R. has studied the techniques of teaching under some of the finest PGA
Professionals in the country. He has been nominated for Georgia PGA teacher of the year. His
teaching methods are successful for players of any level. J.R. is a firm believer in teaching the
fundamentals of the set up and swing. His style is simple, direct, and he is a great communicator.
J.R. understands that every individual has different goals and abilities and believes you should teach
the student not just a system!
Dogwood Golf Club
One of the best kept secrets in Cobb County, Dogwood is a semi-private facility in West Marietta. Located just off the East-West Connector, halfway between Cumberland and Town Center Malls, it is convenient from the Vinings, Marietta, and Kennesaw areas. Dogwood's original nine holes were designed and built in 1967, with the second nine added around 1971 With extensive practice facilities and a passionate staff dedicated to junior golf, your young player is sure to fall in love with the game of a lifetime.
