Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers and further the development of those playing at a beginner to intermediate level. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age in order to create a favorable learning environment. For three hours each day, campers learn and hone their skills with a strong emphasis placed on golf’s fundamentals while having fun!

A native of Gilroy, Darren has a had a lifelong passion for golf. In addition to his skills on the course, Darren is a
master at teaching all facets of the game. He has been at Half Moon Bay for more than a decade and is proud to
have his home course be Half Moon Bay. His knowledge of the game and both golf courses is unmatched and he
is happy to share his enthusiasm!

Juniors can learn and refine their game with individualized golf instruction provided at the breathtaking ocean-view short game practice facility or by joining a specific program (like a PGA Camp)!
