This isn't just any Golf Camp, it's the PGA Junior Golf Camp. Learn why the PGA instruction is best in class.
Serving the community since 1963, Diamond Oaks offers golfers of all levels an enjoyable golf experience. Designed by Ted Robinson, Diamond Oaks will suit all levels of ability and with its extensive practice facility, is the perfect place for young golfers to learn the game.
We have camps for all age groups and abilities, and our best-in-class PGA instruction ensures your child learns from the best.
Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers and further the development of those playing at an intermediate level. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age in order to create a favorable learning environment. For three hours each day, campers learn and hone their skills with a strong emphasis placed on golf’s fundamentals while having fun!
Full Day Camps provide an opportunity for junior golfers to continue to improve their skills as well as develop better course management expertise. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their ability level and age in order to create a favorable learning environment. Following lunch, campers head to the course for supervised play emphasizing course management, shot selection and rules.
To be the best, you must learn from the best. That’s why every junior golf camp instructor has been trained and tested in all aspects of the game by the PGA of America. Our promise–is to support, encourage, and respect each and every one of our campers and authentically inspire them to reach their full potential, both on and off the golf course.
A professional golf instructor with many years of experience teaching men, women and junior golfers, Dale teaches beginners the basics of the golf swing in a manner which makes them feel comfortable and puts them at ease. One of Dale’s major objectives in working with beginners is to allow them to learn while enjoying the wonderful game of golf. Dale also works with intermediate and advanced golfers on swing techniques as well as course management to help them to lower their scores and increase their enjoyment of golf.
Over the past nine years Dale has been pivotal in the development of one of the finest junior golf programs in the area. Dale has worked at Haggin Oaks and Twelve Bridges (now Catta Verdera) in the Sacramento area and then moved to Southern California working in the Murrieta Valley with Temecula Valley Golf. Later he moved to Austin, TX and worked with the Golfsmith organization. In 2007, Dale moved back to the Sacramento area and began working at Diamond Oaks GC in Roseville, CA.
Please Note: Tuition does not include an annual one-time, non-refundable registration fee.
